Energy drinks in the United States are classified as supplements. Our products bear the US Supplement Facts chart. We produce all of our products at an FDA approved plant.
 CANADA
Energy drinks in Canada are classified as Natural Health Products (NHPs) and are regulated by Health Canada's Natural Health Products Directorate (NHPD). As of January 1st 2006, the NHPD requires that all NHPs including energy drinks be produced or imported into Canada by a Canadian company holding an NHPD issued Site License. In addition, the product must bear a Natural Product Number (NPN).
Pinnacle Exclusives Inc. was one of the very first energy drink companies to obtain a Site License. We adhere to all regulations set by Health Canada.
