Q. What is your minimum order quantity?
A. The minimum order quantity is 160 cases.
Q. What is the cost per case?
A. The cost per case is $29.50 USD ($1.23 per can), delivered to most US cities.
Q. Are your products imported or domestically produced ?
A. Our products are made with pride in the USA.
Q. What is the typical turnaround time?
A. Lead time is approximately 3 weeks from the date of full payment.
Q. Do you make any other formats?
A. No. The only format is 24 cans x 8.4 fl. Oz. (250 ml) per case.
Q. Can the ingredients or formula be modified?
A. No. The only formula we use for custom label products is our stock formula.
Q. What does this formula taste like?
A. The product’s flavor profile is very similar to that of the world’s best selling energy drink. The flavor was designed to taste “familiar” to most consumers. The ingredients are the same as those used in the leading energy drink and all of our ingredients are certified food/pharmaceutical grade.
Q. Is there a cost for samples ?
A. Samples are always free, however we do require that you provide us with your courier account number.
Q. We are a marketing agency/reseller. What type of confidentiality do you offer?
A. Pinnacle Exclusives Inc. is committed to ensuring the confidentiality of marketing agencies, distributors and resellers for whom we manufacture product. The distributor panel on the label can be changed to have your company/logo/web site appear rather than ours.
Q. What is the difference between your product and that of your competitors?
A. Most of our competitors use stickers. Stickers give a “cheaper” look to the product because they do not cover the neck of the can, leaving a band of exposed aluminum at the top of the can. We use full shrink-wraps, our cans are wrapped all the way up to the lid which gives a more professional looking product. See the difference.
Q. Is the custom label formula the same as your branded RAGETM product?
A. No. Our branded product has a unique flavor and formula that cannot be used in any custom or private label productions.
